Grilled Chicken Breast


  • Olive oil- ½ tsp.
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Coriander
  • Lemon juice ½ cup
  • 4 Bone less chicken breast   7 oz

1. Cut the small pieces of chicken about into flat pieces try to keep every piece similar so that every piece is properly cocked and taste similar.

2.Take chicken pieces in a bowl and add lemon juice salt pepper coriander  and olive oil and leave it overnight for better taste( you can cook it just away it will noe crate any major difference in taste)

3. Preheat the grill at 250-300 degree C

4. Wait till the chicken gets Golden Brown.

5. Ready to serve
